they are considered the most accurate, but i have heard about cases where woman had the urine and blood test done, both negative...and they were indeed pregnant. it depends on your body and the levels of hg it produces. the only reason i know all this, is I was diagnosed with PCOS 8/03.... so i had to do my research...i've gone months w/o a cycle and I'm only 25 yrs old. with my condition thats what happens so many woman who are pregnant don't even know it until they are a few months. hope that happens to me soon!! my husband and i hve been trying for so long. i will be going in for a blood test tomorrow, it's a possibility. good luck in your future endeavors!!
