Had Sex A Few Days Before My Skipped Period....am I??

me and my boyfriend had sex exactly 4 days before my period.....and now im exactly a week late.....the suspense is killing me.....im only 19.....but either way id be very happy......ive taken 3 home tests, all negative....but im wondering, if i go to the clinic and get a blood test.......will it show?? if not, how much longer do i have to wait???
