Hi JUDY - Sorry for your loss!! I've been there, and it is not a nice place to be. I lost mine at 9wks. The answer to your question is YES. Until all the HCG leaves your system you can still test POSITIVE regardless of the fact that there is no baby there. I think you can test positive up to 2 months after a miscarriage. It just depends on how long it takes to get all the HCG out of your system.
