Missed Depo - Chances Of Pregnancy?

Hello - I've been on depo for about 2 years and have been careful to keep up on my injections. However, I was due for my shot in June and missed it. I had sex around this time. After I realizing I had missed my shot, I saw my doctor a couple weeks ago and he gave me "morning after" pills. I have not had a period yet, and just don't feel well. My boyfriend and I broke up last month as well so I have been very stressed. I understand my body may be messed up because of the depo, but what are the chances that I could be pregnant? I have taken a HPT and it came back negative. I am going in to see my doctor again on monday for another test to make sure. Also, about how long will it take to get results of the test from my doctor? I am going to PP. Thank you.
