Hey everyone. I just wanted to tell you that I had all of your symptoms. I already have a 21 mo and a 7 mo old. I missed my period and I am never late. I took HPT's all neg. went to the doc and took a urine- neg. I took a blood test- neg. Then another blood test a week later- neg. Still no period and my boobs are swollen and leaking. And I was cramping too. I kept going back to the docs and everyone thought I was crazy. So I called my midwife from my last pregnancys. She believed me. She had me do an MRI and C-scan. Turns out I have a pituitary tumor (which is in your brain). Its small and secretes hormones making my body think it's prego. Please, all of you need to see your docs!!! And don't let them make you feel stupid! You know your body better than anyone else.

I took my tests not even thinking i was pregant as i said before, and they all came up positive, so i am not thinking to myself is it something in my head making me feel like im pregnant, the sooner i get a result i can put my mind at ease.

Well if I were preg I would be 77 or 78 days at this point. still no period. Had a ct scan a week or so ago for headaches and dizzy spells. I am at risk for etopic as well. (had a tubal 5 years ago but it wasn't a cauterized one so my chances of still getting pregnant increase). -shrugs- I'm at the point where it's been closing in on 3 months and still nothing so I'll either find out I'm pregnant when the baby starts kicking or my period will start.

You are right! An ultrasound should have been done to see what the cause is. But keep in mind, the most common reason for a missed period is stress. You might not think you are stress, but you might be. That is why most doctors will wait before doing blood tests or an ultrasound. If you've missed your period for 2 months or more it is IMPORTANT that you request a blood test AND an ultrasound. Ectopic pregnancies (where the fertalized egg implants in your tube) are VERY dangerous, and can result in the death of the baby or even you if they go untreated. Doctors can move the egg to your uterus, but it is important that this is done as early as possible to protect your pregnancy. If after one month you still haven't had a period, and you haven't been on birth control in the last 6 months request a blood test. If after 2 months you still have no period, request a blood test and an ultrasound. If your regular doctor wont do it, the ER is more likely to do an ultrasound. Good luck!

Okay, Whewww.. I thought this was a .1% rare occurence. Or at least that is what the HPT said! Geesh 99.9% accurate is not correct.. I am 4-days late and always on time...unless I am pregnant. I will wait for one more week, before heading to the Dr.

Im not exactly sure how many days my cycle is, but judging from what i've read and what I can remember without pin pointing dates, I believe its 28 - 30 days, if thats the case I am 2-4 days late already. I do have swollen breasts but I generally get that before every period, I still am having white odourless discharge and some cramping but no signs of my period. It never been late at all. I am prepared if in fact I do turn out pregnant. I did take a home test a week ago which turned out negative. I talked to a friend who said I should wait a week before taking another test just incase it does come. Me and my boyfriend did have unprotected sex around the "predicted" ovulation date. How easy is it to get pregnant? My mom has 6 kids, all within her first month of unprotected sex. Every attempt was succesfull.

hey all. just wanted to no wat u all thought.!! i used to be on the pill for 9 months and stopped taking it 2 months ago. Since then my last period was on the 9th of may. and my 2 periods before that were very short and abnormal. now i havent had my period for 11 weeks. in the first 6 weeks i was continualey taking pregnancy tests they were all negative. but in the last 4 weeks, ive been feeling sick in the stomache but havent thrown up. my boobs have been really sore n tender and feel like theyve grown abit. ive had slight headaches. my skin is breaking out with pimples n dry skin and my hair is getting oily , and i feel really tired ( all of which is weird for me). the list could go on , but u all know the symptoms,

im 22 and almost 45 days late on my period every test i take is negative i usually get my period on schedule but haven't got it yet whats going on? i feel sick rvery morning but still every test i take is neg. went to the doctors had a test done came up neg.

iam one month and 11 days over my period, and i took a test and it came up neg.so i was wonderin if it was early when i took the test.or im i pregent. please help me

Just to add my story to the list...
I have had an IUD for about 3 years now due to adverse reactions to the hormones in b/c pills and depo provera (sp?) Anyways, since getting the IUD my period has been on time with symptoms starting a few days before.
I always start the last weekend of every month (go figure), however, It still hasn't come. I look and feel bloated...stomache rather than lower abdomen and I had very mild cramps about 4 days ago. Some clear discharge well but I do not feel sick nor do I have tender breasts. I have taken 2 First Response tests which, obviously were negative. I also read up on ectopic pregnancies and other than a missed period, I really don't fit any of those symptoms. I have been stressed lately and rather tired but I have been stressed before and still managed to get my period. Other than bloated now, I don't feel like I am going to get it soon either. Any suggestions/advice???

I know for sure that if i did get pregnant, it was between the week of 30 May and 8 June. However I have not missed any periods (though my last one was light) I took my last preg test on 2 August. My question is, if you never miss your period, are home preg tests still accurate? I always hear you have to wait til you miss your period, but it's been almost two months for me...

Im 2 days late, have taken 3 hpt all neg. But I dont feel like my period is due at all. I have had nausea, back ache, sensitive smell, light cramps around 10dpo.. so many more. I dont know what to do!

Got my blood result from hospital- negative again, so that is 2 negative urine and 1 negative blood test, but today i did another pregnancy test and yes- it came up positive, anybody got any advice, because my mind is starting to wonder!!!

Jennifer, I also have an IUD and first off you need to know that it is VERY dangerous for you to become pregnant with an IUD. It is very common to stop having a period while using an IUD, but I would suggest a test at a doctor's office ASAP, if you still haven't started you need to have an ultrasound. It can be potetionally deadly to become pregant with an IUD if things are not taken care of right away. Good luck.
