I am experiencing the same symptoms. I am almost a week late with negative tests. I was just wondering what you found out from your doctor?

Alicea, there are other ways to tell if you're pregnant, since you say you would be 3 months along. By 4 weeks you can hear a heart beat and by 8 weeks all organs are beginning to form. You will be able to see the baby via an ultrasound. Schedule yourself immediately for an ultrasound. There are no false negatives or false positives with an ultrasound so the answer will not be misleading which seems to be the story with these darn hpts.

Does anyone know how long it can take for HCG to show up in your Urine? Im over a week late and tests are negative..

KaylaJay, it depends on the sensitivity of the test. Hcg doesn't start being produced until the egg implants into the uterine wall which can be around 8-10 days after conception. After that it can take days for enough to show up in your system to trigger a test. So, for most people, there's enough hgc to trigger a test around the day of their missed period. However, each test triggers positive with different amounts of hcg. For most of the tests, if you are pregnant it should be showing that after a week of missed period. Just test every couple of days. After 2-3 weeks of a missed period then you can reasonably assume you are not pregnant (if you have no symptoms). If it's still negative and you have symptoms, go to the doctor.

well i'm on 2 days late and my boyfriend and all my friends keep joking around sayin o your pregnant your pregnant and its scares me b/c i'm 2 days late and having headaches and feeling sick when i wake up and when i eat some things and when i lay down... i also have been feeling more and more tired.... i have never missed a period or been late but i stopped taking my pills 2 months ago.... so could anyone help me please

I wouldn't know what to tell you... I am 2 months late took quite a few test all neg... So I'm starting to think something is wrong with me.I'm a little crampy here and there no sore brest or anything like that with my first. and it only took 3-4 weeks late with him to find out. So I dont know

So here it goes. My periods are normally right around the 20th (give or take a few days of course) of every month and last about 5 days with heavy bleeding, it has been this way for years. March's period came fine, lasted just as long as normal and was as heavy as normal. April 7th rolled around and I started what I thought to be a period again but it was extremely light and only lasted 2 maybe 2.5 days. I thought "Hmm Whatever, I'm sure I'll get my normal period around the 20th, no problemo". The 20th came and nothing. Then the 21st, the 22nd the 23rd the 30th!!! Now it is the 9th of May and well I still have no gotten a period. I get cramps every once in a while, but it turns out to be Gas. My boobs have been sore for about 2 weeks now and I have white milky discharge (Which I am resuming to be normal for any female, prego or not prego). I am a tiny girl, 5'4 about 120 but seem to be noticing that my belly is protruding. I don't notice it much when I am standing, but when I lay own on my back It stays protruding. My eating has changed, not in the food I am eating but how much I can stomach before getting sick (I use to be able to down a foot long subway, now I'm lucky to get half way through without feeling like I need to rush to the bathroom).

I have taken 3 pregnancy test and all are negative.

I have been pregnant before, which ended in a miscarriage about 5 months in. The same thing happened then. I think I averaged 12 negative home test and then finally around month 3 I started getting positives.

I'm worried that if I don't catch this pregnancy in time that it may end out being just as devastating as the last..


OH and my boyfriend and I have ALWAYS used a condom.
Which is the only reason I think I am nuts. Even though a couple close friends of mine have told me horror stories of perfectly good condom not breaking and the result was pregnancy..

hi am on my 38th day from my last period done 6 test all neg but i feel pregnant went to dr fri 20th who wasnt any help if am not pregnant i want to know why am not having periods feeling very weepy and frustated helps to know others are going through the same thing

Hi, my name is ashley and i recently got married, and we have been having unprotected sex... and i haven't had a period since march... and i have been feeling cramps, tender breasts, thru up a couple of times, and i know this is weird but i been crying for no reason i was watching scrubs and i just burst into tears.... im not sure whats wrong with me.....

my last period was the end of june and i havent had one since but i have taken 2 home test but they both say no. i spotted for a day and i cramped for a few days but still no period. i dont know if i could be pregnant or something else be wrong with me.

I havent had a period in 6 months and prior the same...i have taking numerous amounts of pregnacy test and negative...my husband and i have have been trying for a year now to get prg but i dont know if i can get pregnant with no period...i went to the doctors today and he sent me to the lab to get blood done but i dont find out till friday, i want to be pregnant so badly but instead just all the signs and negative results....not sure what this is but ill keep posting..

Im 37 days late, have had 4 negative hpt's and no symptoms. I dont know whats wrong with me, but glad to know Im not the only 1 experiencing this. My friend had 3 negative tests and after 3months found out that she was preg. Im worried that that is whats gonna happen to me.

i'm almost 3weeks late. should've started the 23d August 08 but now after 3 pregnancy tests I still have a negative, I think I might have gotten pregnant just before my period was due...is it still too early to test? HELP with my first pregnancy I had a positive like 3 weeks into my pregnancy. tested a day before my actual period was about to start... so now I'm confused

ok-i am two months latet. my lmp was on 7/9. On Aug 9, i did 2 hpt and both were negative. i called my Doc and did a blood test on Aug 13 which was negative. i broke into tears since i really thought that i was prego. Couple days latter, i felt a pressure on my uterus and some pain on my ovaries i thought. i called my doc again and she scheduled and a pelvic u/s on
Aug 29 because she thought i had a cyst or some like that. I went for the pelvic u/s and everything looked normal. However on Aug 23, the pain on my ovaries stopped(no sure if it was my ovaries), i was thirsty, got the areola on my nipples and they got big and got the spider vein. the next day , i had diarrhea that lasted for four days. i felt tired, warm, and burpy all the time. So, i told that to my doc and she said that i probably had a stomach flu since the blood test were negative and did a urine test at the doc which was also negative. My body feels a little bit weird and alos my boobs are not as big as before.
i left it alone for couple weeks telling myself that it is probably in my head since i want to get pregnant.
But now i have a FAINT LINEA NEGRA going from my belly button down. WHAT IS THIS??????? I am going nuts! so, yesterday i did another hpt which was of course NEGATIVE!. Could i still be prego? i have another blood test tomorrow...
i thought that it was in my head but can my mind create that LINEA NEGRA???? please let me know what you think.

Well Ladies, I know how you are all feeling. I haven't had a period since July 9th 08 and have done 3 hpt and all were negative. The strange thing with me is, I already have 3 children and the only preg symptom I ever had with them, was missed periods. I didn't experience the cramping, sore/tender boobs, tiredness or anything like that. I almost feel like I have done this to myself with stress and really wanting one more child to make my family complete. They say you can make yourself have preg symptoms...and really your not pregnant. I know everyone is different and will experience different symptoms, but for all you out there, take your time, don't stress yourself out and it will happen. The more you think and obsess about becoming pregnant and wanting a child, the more likely you are to experience the symptoms, and become upset with a negative result. I have a doctor's appt in 2 days, so we will see what happens??!! I wish you all the best of luck with trying to conceive...it will happen when the time is right! :)
