Hey Fulhamgirl yes you normally ovulate 14 days after ur menstrual cycle buut just give it another day or two. Is this your first child ur trying to conceive? I hope all is well. I'm gonna make me a doctors appt. today because I'm constantly having abdominal cramping and gas which isn't normal for me. Me and my fiancee have been trying for almost 2 months now. I really want to be pregnant. Lets just have sex everyday eh' lol. I hope that you get your bundle of joy soon . Keep me updated also.

Thank you guys!!

Well I was on the pill and I missed my period last month so im not to sure. Yesterday was my 14th day into my new cycle and I took an ovulation test and it came back I was not ovulating just yet. Im very confused as I missed a whole period which has never happened to me before and then the following month I got a 5 day cycle! Was not to heavy but heavy enough for it to be a period!!

This morning however I have woken up to very bad tummy pains, my skin has errupted and im wiping away such light blood!! Im 2 weeks today into my cycle and been having sex nearly everyday.

Do you know what this could mean? Could it be where my period got missed im getting another one early?

Very confused :s!!

Thank you both for trying to help and good luck to you!! Keep me updated on your situations as well!

xxx

Okay, I *should have* ovulated on May 30th. 7 days later I started having extremely sore nipples. My breasts aren't very sore, just my nipples. Now it's June 9th, 10 days after supposed ovulation, and they are even more sore. I wonder if this is a good sign?? :) I'm due to start my cycle on the 13th so I will take a HPT then. I'll post an update soon. Here's hoping for a BPF!!

I am so confused!
I had a miscarriage Oct.9 2008, and since then I have gotten my period EVERY 3 weeks and 5 days. Never a day late. I was suppose to get it June 6th, now it's June 10th, and I know it's only 4 days late, but honestly, that is SO strange. Haven't been 1 day late, in 8 months. I've taken a pregnancy test every morning the last 3 days and they are all negative. I've been having slight cramps on and off the last 3 days. Breast have felt fuller the last 4 days. I'm not stress and i haven't had any weight gain or loss. I dont have any reason to not have my period, unless im prego... Crazy to see this is happening to a lot of others!

hi
my af was due on 7th from 8th i am am having everyday i single brown or maroon small line when i wipe a lot....hpt and blood both are negative..
i want to ask now how i will calculate my ovulation for june.. should i count thses tiny spots which i am having for the first time as a period or should i wait for the real bleeding??how i will find i am ovulating???? with disturbed bleeding this month.

ldntown - June 10th, 2009 11:18 AM

naz: Okay this is how my OBGYN just explained this to me: You count the first day that you would need to use a tampon/pad/etc. as the first day/Day 1 of your cycle. You count back 14 days from Day 1 of your current cycle and that is approximately when you ovulated give or take 2 days. I am getting ready to go on clomid so she was very specific about all of this information. I hope that it helps!

Laylalee101: It's of course possible that you could be pg. I would start taking your vitamins and eat/live as if you were pg and then in another 5 days test again. This way you are safe either way.

Good luck to all! I'll update as soon as I find out if I get AF on the June 13th or not! Here's hoping for a BFP!

ldntown:

ldntown - June 10th, 2009 11:27 AM

naz - June 10th, 2009 11:32 AM

ldntown
normally it was 29 days cycle.. in feb i left condoms then it was 36 in march 29 29 in april may and now in june its 32days with three days spot ....

naz - June 10th, 2009 11:34 AM

i feel ovulation symptoms on 12 13 or 14 day but in may i felt it on 16th day...

ldntown - June 10th, 2009 11:44 AM

Yeah that is actually very normal. Anywhere from day 12-16 if you have a normal cycle. My OBGYN told me to have sex every other day during that week. Sperm will stay in your system for 24-36 hours normally so that way there is plenty of chance to get preggo!

My cycle is a little longer so my ovulation comes a little later in my cycle. Honestly, we just have sex every other day through out my entire cycle (aside from when I am on my period) and that way I don't have to worry or stress. And it's lots of fun :)

Good luck naz! Keep me posted!

ldntown - June 10th, 2009 11:47 AM

It makes sense that you felt ovulation later in May since your cycle was a little bit longer. Have you gone in to have a progesterone test? That will make sure that you are ovulating for sure. I recently had the test done and they found out that I wasn't ovulating because of hypothyroidism that they also discovered. Now that my thyroid is regulated I am ovulating normally. Just an idea for you incase you had any doubts. :)

Cocoa04 - June 10th, 2009 12:43 PM

Well I think that you should go make an appt. at the doctor for a blood test because it is very accurate and you can't go wrong. It's better to find out early if ur preggo or not so that u can start ur prenatal pills ASAP since u had a miscarriage not even a year ago. I had a miscarriage 2 years ago and I was devastated. I hope we get our baby soon and keep me posted on ur updates.

Cocoa04 - June 10th, 2009 12:47 PM

I have never felt this before I have a doctors appt next week. I hope I'm preggo if not I'm just gonna stop trying and let it happen naturally and let God plan it. Thanks for the info.

ldntown - June 10th, 2009 1:05 PM

Cocoa04-yeah it's hard trying and constantly getting those BFN's...we have been TTC for over a year now and it can be very trying at times. I have been told by countless couples how when they started letting life take it's course and stopped concentrating on getting pg then they would get their BFP's. I think that stress is such a huge factor when TTC that it can really mess you up. Now that I know that the main reason I wasn't getting pg is solved I am just going to have sex often and continue to have fun with it and hope for the best. Good luck to all! It's so wonderful to know that all this support is available!

I have not posted in awhile and wanted to update you on my situation. I had my reversal done in Feb. and have been charting online at fertiliyfriends.com. It really explained to me how my cycle works and lets me know when I am most fertile. You should check it out. Two cycles ago I did not have my period...spotted. Doctor did sonagram and said it was my hormones. A hormone imbalance will give you the same signs of pregnancy unfortunately. This past cycle was on time and ovulated on time this cyle. The odd thing is I feel fluttering in my abdomen every night and after my meals but do not feel pregnant. My husband has felt it. I have nasea once in a while but from what my doctor has said, it could be hormones. So confused. My mother in law was pregnant for 4 months having her cycle the whole time. Since I have 1 tube open, it has been difficult for us to get pregnant. Charting helped me understand a lot about me though. Tests come back negative. My af due June 20th so we shall see.Last month I passed out twice and kept getting lighteaded and felt off balance. Now I feel fine so our hormones really do have effects on us. After I ovulate, my brests start to get full every month and right before af they hurt to the touch. This has to do with a certain hormone. It is so hard to tell when we are pregnant. I sarted taking prenatals right after my surgery to start adjusting my body for the baby. That was recommended by my doctor.

I hope this info helped you guys out. Good luck with your testing. I know how upsetting it is when they are negative every month. Let me know if anyone else has had flutters...don't get it. Oh and I have heard a lot of Clomid...what is it? Does it help with positive results?
Good luck...Stefm
