my fiance and i are trying to get pregnant my periods are regular i was supposed to get my period on feb 20th and it still has not come which would make me 10 days late i took 2 preg tests and both were negative im not stressed or anything i have pregnancy symptoms such as dizziness, nauseated through out the day and some abdominal cramping like i would when on my period, food cravings, very sensitive to smells, very tired alot more than usual, and mood swings... but no period i was wondering if anyone could help me figure out what may be going on with me??

I am in teh same boat. I think you are PG. I have also tested twice, both negative. I am planning to see a doctor on friday. hope you also see a Doctor and probably a blood test should be enough.

Its not completly impossible to have a negative at 10 days late and still be pregnant but it is rare to not have a positive result by 10 days late. Pregnancy test are very sensitive now and most can pick up the hormone before a missed period. But, some women for some reason will not get a positive result. However there are many things that can cause a missed period other than pregnancy. You can miss a period if you didn't ovulate that month too. Which can happen even if you are the most regular person. Hormonal imbalances, stress, pcos,exercise,thyrhoid issues, are all things that can cause you to not have a period. I suggest you get a blood test at your Dr's. to confirm your results, that way you will know for sure and if your aren't pregnant than you can find out why you don't have your period.
