31 Weeks, Eliptical Machine And Leg Weights?

Hi! I am 30 weeks and spend about 35-45 min a day on the Eliptical trainer with mild resistance. The only thing I noticed is that I am beginning to get painless, just annoying, braxton hicks contractions (my whole stomach just gets really hard... like it could burst..for a couple minutes at a time) after about 15/20 minutes. I'd say just listen to your body. Keep it us as long as you can, becasue I remember the last month being especially difficult. |
