" There are no data in humans to indicate that pregnant women should limit exercise intensity and lower target heart rates because of potential adverse effects. For women who do not have any additional risk factors for adverse maternal or perinatal outcome."
This is from a study done by The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. They do, however, recommend that pregnant women not do any excercises in the supine position and no ab work after the 1st trimester. Avoid doing workouts on hot days or getting overheated because it can cause birth defects and of course stay hydrated.
