When prengant is it ok, to walk on the treadmill? Ride a bike or bike machine? Leg press? etc?? is it safe??

Treadmill (low-med speed/walking) & stationary bikes are perfectly safe. If you have been using weights and are accustomed to them, they should be fine. Of course, check this out with the doctor rather than rely on my advice.

Hey of course you can walk in fact you should definately walk and do the indoor bike but you may have to strain on weights and could hurt you or the baby. Small hand weights and leg weights and leg lifts are fine I read in a magazine but I wouldn't do anything heavy, because it is not worth the risk...
