Swimming And Pregnancy

Actually, most docs will reccommend swimming as a form of exercise for pregnant women... it is low-impact, and works many muscle groups. Completely healthy... if you are concerned about your baby being oxygen deprived, if you're not deprived, neither is your baby. GO FOR IT!!! |
