Each pregnancy is different and just because you gained 50 with the first doesn't mean the 2nd will be the same. So try not to worry, but stay active and excerise moderatly. You can go for a jog 2-3 times a week. But make sure you jog at a pace that you are able to talk comfortably with out haveing any shortmess of breath - if you c an't talk comfortably then it's too fast for you and you should slow it down. I also try to take the stairs as much as possible instead of the elevator (no more than 3-4 floors at a time). As far as eating, try to eat less products with sugars in them, but have more fruits and vegetables and protien. Hope this helps. |
