Am I Pregnant After A Tubal Ligation

I had a tubal ligation in 2006 i just had a very abnormal period lasting only 2 days and it usually lasts 4 or 5 days. I am having cramps but no period. I am experiencing some pregnancy symptoms headaches, breast tenderness, frequent urination and some pressure in my pelvic area.I took a home pregnancy test and it was negative...... Could i be pregnant?
