Prenatal Pilates will prepare your body for a more comfortable pregnancy and child birth.
It works by strengthening the pelvic floor, back and abdominal region. Having control of these muscles will ensure an easier delivery and alleviate back pain from poor posture. Posture is critical during pregnancy. You don't want to suffer daily from a curved spine as a result of carrying the baby. Pilates will take care of this and much more.

be sure to prepare the body with folic acid (prevents spina bifida), drink plenty of water, and take acidophilus (digestive enzymes / good bacteria) for optimal digestion.
Depending on your lifestyle you may want to detox the body with Flor-essence before getting pregnant.
