hi - I have been having pains which last for hours - they seem to be only occasional since few days and less intnse but I wonder if anyone else has has first twin preg with this as it is defo classed as not ok for singletons

The pain went over the fundus area by belly button and all around - was impossible to find position to sleep in - thought it might be bad digestive system pain due to lack of room but not sure - also when in car or bumpy bus it starts - is this just muscular maybe? Is it possible to have a miscarriage of sorts where baby is in trouble without bleeding - i have had none? anyone with any experience or advice for me much appreciated - thanks - ianthe
