It took us 10 months. I am 42. We consulted a fertility clinic, and I decided to consult an acupuncturist and herbalist who specialized in infertility. I went 2x/wk. I also decided to take on a project that forced me to not focus on my fertility. I took up training for a 1/2 marathon, which forced me to look at my nutrition and fitness level too. I did a lot a reading about maximizing my fertility. The most helpful was by a Dr. Greene who discussed hormone levels and fertility. As we were start a round of hyper-ovulation, I found out that we are pregnant. I am still in my first trimester, but we did it! Good luck.
