Hi,
I'm 38 years old and my FSH is 118. Is there any way I can reduce it and conceive.

Neetablr080, I can't remember where I just saw it but I just read an article about Premature Ovarian Failure, written by a doctor at a fertility clinic, who believes that in at least some cases, there's a lot he can do to try to jump start the ovaries again. If I were you, I'd google "Premature Ovarian Failure", "Treating Premature Ovarian Failure", Premature Ovarian Failure and Fertility" and anything else I can think of and just keep clicking on links and reading. I'd also recommend that you read Julia Indichova's book called "Inconceivable" to see if there are any suggestions in there that you might want to incorporate into your own life. It's an autobiography written about her struggles to conceive with high FSH, which she did. Best of luck to you.
