I'm seeing the doc tomorrow but thought I'd get some feedback first.
I have had 4 successful vaginal deliveries, now that I'm older do you think they will suggest a c-section instead? If everything goes well with this preg. then why would they? I know I'm just spazin'....But I'm pregnant!! :)

I had a very easy vaginal birth at 39. I believe it took 20 minutes tops.

wow, too funny! I think my daughter was around 40 min. Which leads me to letting my doc know tomorrow that I have a tendency to deliver quickly!!

I just delivered baby # 6 8 weeks ago at age 41. The pregnancy was healthy and the vaginal delivery was very quick, I barely got to push and it just came basically on it's own! Delivered a healthy baby boy that we call our miracle baby since it took us two years to conceive!

My 4th was born so quick (minutes) it was scary 3 weeks ago. My OB told me he did not want me to have to have a C-Section especially since we wanted one more.

My SIL delivered her 3rd in January at 42. She had 17 and 11 yo girls (vaginal deliveries)... so it had been awhile. But her labor with this one from first ctxn until the birth was less than 3 hours!

Hi there, I tried to have vaginal birth, but didn't get to 10 centimetres, and baby got into the birth canal and was pushing..I swelled up and had to have a C-section-I was 37 then-I hated everything about it! You can't cough, laugh get out of bed by yourself, lie down, sit up..without pain and discomfort. I was also nursing..it tooks 6 weeks to full recovery and to get back to going to the gym everyday-which I do..I have a 9 1/2 month old, I am due again Jan 10th with our second child..I am 38 now, but will be 39 when the baby is born!
Best of Luck....
