Meaning Of Very Yellow Fluid From Amnio?

I had an amnio yesterday (not something I'd wish to ever repeat!) and the fluid was extremely yellow. They also drew two (what do you call the vial end of the needle?)'s full. Does that mean anything? How does that compare to your amnio? I expected the fluid to be more clear (it wasn't cloudy, just so very neon yellow.) Thanks, pregnant at 40 and a bit paranoid!
