I'm 49 yrs. old. Am experiencing tender breasts, sometimes can be painful. With Months Of Sept-Nov. Have had irregular periods. Sometimes will get 4 3-4 every 14-18 day. Have had no period this month but 2-3 times had light spotting appeared to be signs of a period but nothing. How can I tell if I'm pregnant or having early signs of early menopause?
