TTC And Having Pregnancy Symptoms But Not Sure

My breast are sore off and on, so of course this could be some of my menstrual symptoms. But I have never had any experience with having sore boobs over one complete week and they are tingling, sometime sharp pains and sore most of the time very close to under my arm pits. I have been having some nausea feeling alot and have been having more of an appetite than usual. Most of the time before I am getting ready to have my AF I crave sweets. I have been peeing more than normal and I have pressure in my lower part of stomach. I just hope that this is the one because we were sucessful in the month of July but, I was stressed about some things in my life and the baby passed through I was only about 2-3 weeks pregnant
I would like to know if it sounds like pregnancy symptoms that are consistant , plus my husband said that he has been sleeping more lately.

hi, did you miss a period yet? did you try to test? i am not sure if i understood your last comment, about your husband sleeping more, you mean you are sleeping more?? right??
