I was peeing all the time, not just when exersising (not that I exersised while pregnant much). Eventually I had to have a pad at all times for leaks. |

You aren't kidding about the appetite thing. I find myself eating second breakfast a lot. I lost a lot of my baby weight but it found me again. How about stretch marks on the upper inside of your thighs? I almost freaked out several weeks after I had my son and finally got a gander at that region. And I only gained about 25 pounds during the whole pregnancy but I guess most of it was in my thighs, not to mention my back. Yay. The white discharge was news to me too. And how at about 8 months your belly isn't round anymore but lumpy. I guess I never looked hard enough at a pregnant woman's belly to notice this detail. I also remember thinking how sssllloooww time passed. It felt like I as 7 again and waiting for Christmas and it NEVER would get here. Now I notice how quickly time passes and wish it would slow down again. My little guy is 2 1/2 already and he was that little bump such a short time ago. It's crazy how quickly they grow. |

It's true...during pregnancy life slows to the point of feeling like it's at a standstill, but as soon as they're out it's like a soap opera...you blink and Junior is 13! |

Oh am i glad i started this post! Nipples stay the same and the hunger does not go away??? Oh no! My pre pregnancy breast size was bearly a B. That means when my breast size returns I will be all nipple! Yuck! As for the hunger thing....Maybe dexatrim or some other diet pill could help? I cant stand being a slave to my hunger. Will the hospital allow you to use an enema before delivery to help avoid some of the pooping while pushing? |

Love this post! Nobody tells you that when you have surprise sneezes you will more than likely wet yourself. Also that brushing your teeth will result in gagging or more peeing. I think the gas is the worst. My god, in the morning I have to hide from dh for the first few hours! Well my boobs were always a pathetic A and I breastfed for 3 months and although they got nice and firm and perky, they went right back to the original barely-existant A. I was able to lose all the weight by my 8 week postpartum OB visit (which I attribute to nursing 24/7, not sleeping and barely eating) but yes, over the course of the year, I gained back another 10 lbs. Oh and I had a c-section and they withold food until you "pass gas" so after 24 hours, I was willing to tell them anything just to get something to eat! And here I am doing it again.... |

Whoo hoo! So much to look foward to! I know it's all worth it in the end. I just need a good laugh in the meantime. |

OMG! This is a funny thread. Have any of you read Jenny Mccarty's Belly Laughs? That is pretty direct in some of the most unpleasant topics. Also, in the Girlfriends Guide to Pregnancy. Both are pretty funny. Me- I sure can eat- even when I'm not even hungry. Went to my sis's last night and tried to decline dinner. Steak, potatoes, veggies... though I went ahead and ate it anyway. Then continued to have pear pie with vanilla ice cream for dessert. And, I wasn't even hungry.... But yet, I can still shovel it in! |
