Intracardiac Echogenic Focus

I am 21 weeks and having an emotional time of it. I have 3 children and had lost a baby girl last June. I delivered at 20 weeks. They think I lost the baby the week I was very ill with some sort of flu. I am pregnant again and at my 20 weeks ultrasound they found a intracardiac echogenic focus. Only one spot. I have been a wreck every since. My AFP blood work came back excellent. Dr. said spot on capillary vessel otherwise ultrasound was normal. I am going for a level 2 on Monday. I have read as much as i can but am confused about the capillary vessel. Has anyone been told this?
