What are some warning signs of miscarriage. Should i ask for an ultrasound. I am six weeks pregnant. Is it common to do an ultrasound at that stage

are you 6 weeks from conception? if so, you could do an u/s if you are worried. It puts your mind at ease to see the heartbeat. But you shouldn't assume you've had a miscarriage unless you've had bad cramping and bleeding.

Loss of pregnancy symptoms with bleeding and cramps. However bleeding doesn't always mean you're miscarrying. Cramps sometimes only mean that your uterus is streching.
Six weeks is a little to early to have an ultrasound unless you are already bleeding. If you're not I would wait until I'm 8 weeks so that you can be sure to see the hearbeat.
