BABY MOVEMENT QUESTION

I am 21 weeks and have been feeling the baby moving around for several weeks now. It started as a tightness, and then I started feeling the flutter and sometimes I can feel what position it is in or even feel it move from side to side. I recently started to feel something different though, and I wondered if you ladies can relate...
It has been kind of like a flutter but it feels very low. Almost like the baby is dancing on my cervix or tickling me. It feels pretty far in too. Not like on the surface of my belly. Does that make sense? Has anyone felt this movement?

yup, i've felt it. Sometimes she'll kick really hard down there and ill feel like i have to pee really bad when i dont lol.

I am also around 21 weeks now (not totally sure of the dates... might be a week more). My baby has started responding to loud noises outside the womb as well as my fiances voice and certain music. This morning my dog was barking really loudly and it started kicked me. The sensation is usually lower in my abdomen. Six weeks ago I started feeling tightness, fluttering and fish flopping, and vibrating sensations in my uterus that spread down through my cervix.
