I just bought mine too (I'm in 19th week) for $10 at "Bed, Bath and Beyond." The pillow case was about another $10. Mine is long enough to tuck between between my chest, under my belly and between my knees--with legs slightly ben it reaches all the way down to my shins (I'm 5'6" so if you're shorter it may be almost body length for you). It's fluffy but firm enough to support not too firm that it won't give way. I love it. They also had a much smaller crescent shaped one at Bed Bath & Beyond that is meant to hug your belly or put between your knees or on you back but I didn't buy it. The one long one is enough to help me out at night. Get yours quickly--it will help you sleep much nicer at night!!

Ive slept with my body pillow for over a month now.. I LOVE it lol lol I got mine from Walmart and it was a good price.. they are definately worth it especiall if your a belly sleeper lik eme.. It makes me feel like im stil on my belly kinda lol Id definately get one if your at all uncomfortable... good luck

Hi, My body pillow is brilliant, I wouldn`t be without it, get a full length one do that it goes between your legs too and it is soooo comfy, I am 22 wks and find it pretty comfortable. Good luck

DH got mine at "Babies R Us"- it's a pregnancy pillow- it's narrower and long, but hooks at each end to tuck between your legs/belly and under your head/chest (I'm short, so the top actually reaches my chest). It's meant for sleeping and also feeding the baby as now I do not have to buy a boppy pillow and if I am sore, I can use the bottom part as a cushion to lift me up off the chair so I don't have anything touching the sore areas.

If you're in the US you can buy them at Target as well.

I have always slept with my body pillow and I cannot sleep without it. I am like a child with a teddy bear with my body pillow because it really makes my sleep more comfy.
