It is safe to take tylenol, but don't take asprin. There's been a few times that i've gotten pretty bad ones too and the tylenol extra strength worked pretty good. Also i've laid on the couch with a bag of frozen veggies on my head, that helps too!

I was getting horrible headaches to the point where I even got sick from one. I asked my dr what else I could take other than tylenol because that was not helping at all and he said I could take 2 excerdians a day. The really horrible headaches have stopped but I do wake up almost every morning with the feeling that a headache could pop up - so I have been taking 1 excerdian every morning. But as always check with your dr before you take anything.

Unfortionately what you've been doing is all you can do. I had bad headaches for about 1 1/2 months and I had to pop extra strength tylenol every morning just to survive then it felt like I was popping them every four hours. I'm not sure if you are working but when I worked I had to get up at 6am. This Killed me! So I changed my schedule to wake up a little later. I think the extra sleep helped get rid of some headaches. You could try that. Good luck and know that they won't last forever. One day I had a headache and the next day they were gone.

Hey all, i suffer from migrane headaches as well. i was taking tylenol for the pain but as wyou know that is not much goood. my last migrane i went to the emergency department as i was sooo sick and i was 10 weeks pregannant at the time. the advised that oxygen is good for the migranes.l..i was not very assured that it would work, but after 20 minutes on oxygen my pain was gone, i still uffered the nausea after which is normal but the oxygen defiantely helped, i would totally recommened it for migrane relief. good luck in your pregnancies.

My naturopwth put me on a homeopathic, called Belladonna. I got it at a health food store. I put 2 under my tongue for those stabbing throbbing nasty headaches...also, take more calcium, magnesium and try to eat more potassium. (and water, lots of water) I noticed a difference with 3 days of the cal/mag/pot.
Good luck.
