Has anyone else had any nose bleeds? I'm not too worried or anything. I'm just curious because for the past 3 days, my nose bleeds when I blow it in the morning. I think it's because it's finally getting cold here. Just curious.

I'm 16 weeks, 3 days and I am terribly stuffy. I've had some nose bleeds, only when I blow my nose. I found that sleeping with a humidifier at night helps a lot! Try that, and see how it works

I am 23 weeks, and my nose has been a wreck since the beginning, stuffed up, sinus infection, and now last weekend a nose bleed out of no where. I read that less blood flow to the nasal passage do to baby is normal, and can cause the symptoms.

My nose started bleeding around week 8 and has gotten progressively worse. I've tried saline nasal sprays and rhino, but they haven't help all that much. I now use a neti pot while in the shower in the mornings to wash out my sinuses. As weird as it looks and feels, it has helped the most. I'm also picking up a vaporizer for the bedroom. Ya know....no one ever mentioned this part of pregnancy to me. :)

I'm 22 weeks and not only and I still spitting like a ball player but I also have nose bleeds in the morning when I wake up. I was very suprised because this is something I didn't really feel was normal and I was worried because I've never had a nose bleed in my life. I'm not sure what causes it or when it stops. But I'm wishing all these birth pangs will just go away. The humidifier doesn't help and I just have to be conscious of when I feel like its coming and prepare.

I HAVE THEM EVERY MORNING WHEN I BLOW MY NOSE. MY DOC SAID IT`S BECAUSE THE NOSE IS EXTRA SENSITIVE WHILE PREGNANT SO IT`S A NORMAL THING THAT IT BLEEDS.
