Have any of you ladies had your due date changed at your 20 week u/s? Just curious if that is something that only happens early on or if it can happen later too. =)

The only time they can change your due date (as I have been told in all my pregnancies) is between 10-12 weeks as all babies measure roughly the same at this stage. Any later and babies grow at vastly different rates. Are they wanting to change yours? If so by how much?

Mine changed at my 20 week u/s BOTH TIMES because baby was measuring large. They were right BOTH times. So I would say yes

my friends changed at her 20wk u/s. She thought she was 20 but they set her back 2 wks to 18wks! She was very upset! But then didn't tell them that she didn't get a + hpt until 2wks after her af due date, so makes sense...

At my 20-week appointment my due date was not changed, but my midwife said I was measuring 23 weeks. I'm curious to see what I'll be at me 24-week appointment.

I'm also measuring ahead but my dr did not change my due date because as Tory said, my dr said that babies grow differently. It's easy to see in the first 10-12wks because they have certainly "building milestones" that they reach.. after the second trimester it's just growth and as we all know, babies are born at all different sizes.. where some are full term weighing 6lbs.. others weigh 9lbs and weighed 6lbs more than a month before they were due.

I haven't been to my appointment yet, I was just wondering. I saw a post somewhere about someone getting theirs moved up 10 days...so it got me to thinking. =) I would be great to be moved up...just not back. Thanks for the replies ladies. =)
