HI, this is a little late but I wanted to let you know a song that I love. It is called "MY Baby you" by marc anthony. He wrote it for his daughter and is a great parent to child song. I just had a new baby boy, and rock him to sleep every nite to that song

I agree with Cadensmommie...Simple Man is one of the best songs ever written for a boy. The original is by Lynard Skynard (I prefer it over Shinedown - though that version is good too). I literally SOB everytime I hear it!! Google the words to the song (or go to lyrics.com)....its so moving!

I know its been over a year since the last post but I found these posts to be very helpful in finding songs for my baby boy who is due in October. I am going to add a song to all these great ones called "In My Arms" by Plumb. Its not directed towards boy or girl so its a great song for anyone. It makes me cry everytime.

There is an amazing song by Wayne Watson called Watercolor Ponies. It is all about boys and how time goes by so quick.
