Hello ladies....I know my doctor said Tylenol was fine to take, but does that include the Tylenol Sinus or Tylenol Cold pills? I got hit with a sinus cold on Monday night, and I'm having a hard time breathing, can't sleep at night and my sinuses hurt! :( Anyone taken this stuff? I'm sure its fine, just like to hear what you all think. Thanks!!

My list of approved meds given to me by my doc says Antehistamines-Zyrtec, Clairtin, Benadryl, Dimetapp. Decongestants- Sudafed, Robitussin CF, Tavist D.
Hope that helps!

I was told to not take anything for my cold except Sudafed or Robitussin. Benadry was also fine. I took only one Benadryl and that was it. gargled with water and salt and water and vinegar which really worked. I also did saline solution for my nose and vicks rub for my chest at night and drank lots of water. The cold was gone in a week. I would not take sudafed even though they recomment it. My pharmasist was surprised that it was on the list and told me specificaly to try to use no medicine if at all possible.
