OMG flaca that must have been extremely scary!! i had bleeding myself during this pregnany at 10 weeks sharp (im 18 weeks now) and it was heavy bleeding not just spotting.. it freaked me out but everything turned out fine thaks God and there was no significant reason for the bleeding, extra blood in the placenta is all what they found underneath my baby..i only bled heavily for few hours the same day and then i spotted brown for the following 3 weeks.. however, i was put on bedrest for 3 weeks and i was admitted at the hospital for 2 nights so they can keep a close eye on me.. they werent concerned about the baby cz no u/s was done after the day i was admitted until the day i was out of the hospital.. BUT, i was given a shot that i dont exactly know its name but its an oil shot given in the behind, it is to help keep the pregnancy., my cervix was closed though and everything seemed alright..

now in ur case, dr said ur cervix is thinning out im not sure if this is a good thing :s as ur still too early and u had 2 very early deliveries before.. i would be concerned that ur dr didnt even put u on bedrest before now.. keep taking ur meds dear and lay down without moving.. no sex cz it would for sure make things worse.. AND if u feel anything wrong just go to ER.. i wish u all the best and hope u will carry ur baby full term :)

Hi lucy, im glad your pregnancy is going good, well as for me and doing better the bleeding stop, im resting a lot, next tuesday im going to the hospital for a consultation and they going to check the lenght of the cervix, hopefully is still the same...to answer your question my 1st daughter was born at 29 wks, she's healthy but she has c/p brain damage, she's 9 yrs old and she's my angel, they said it was malpractice the cause of the c/p...my 2nd daughter was induce at 8 mths because she had the umbilical cord wrap around her neck, well she's 5 yrs old she's very healthy, and very smart....
