Hi brittany, I am 19 weeks and i was not really even a size 34 A maybe a 32A and mine have grown a full cup size. I'm not to sure what the answer to your question would be, maybe your body is not producing a lot of milk at this time??? I would ask your doctor. I don't think theres a chart saying how big your boobs have to be??? Sorry I wasn't any help. Good luck. If you hear something post it for us.

I am also in my 21st week and my breast have changed a cup size and I am a small chested woman. As long as your baby is growing normally I would not concern yourself too much with your breast right now, when your milk needs to come in the change will happen.

Hey Brittany this is my second child and I'm 21 weeks and my breast have went up 2 1/2 cup sizes they don't leak but are really tender but it's really nothing to worry about because you start to get milk coming in and when it does it hurts a little but you will be alright.

I would be thankful, I am 17 weeks and I'm up to a DDD but a 36 around. It's a complete pain to find bras. I would be happy if I were you
