Heartbeat In Ear

So I am going on 25 weeks and I'm just wondering if anyone else is experiencing hearing thier own heartbeat in thier ear? It is usually my right ear but sometimes both. It is driving me insane. It is constant...sometimes when I am just sitting. It is really loud and annoying when I am walking...I feel like my head is going to explode. My BP is normal but my heart rate is fast....it's been staying in the 90's to 111. This has been happening for approx a week now. Has anyone felt like this?
