Is there anything else I can do to increase circulation to my legs without elevating them? They ache and sometimes get this wierd tingly feeling that is hard to describe. I just tried soaking in the tub which usally helps but tonight it did nothing. Would maybe buying some epson salt work?

Try massaging them, or even better have someone else do it for you. Massage greatly increases circulation but don't do it if you have high blood pressure because it will increase it temporarily. Hope you feel better!

Make sure you don't sit for long periods of time. Get the blood flowing by walking and stretching. Get one of those roller massage balls and use them too.
