Medication During Pregnancy

I am 16 weeks pregnant with a UTI, I was prescribed Macrobid and am curious if it would harm the baby to take it....any info would help

Hi Lisa,I am in my second pregnancy(23 weeks).I did have UTI several times in my first pregnancy as well as in this second one.My doctor gave me macrobid all the times & it is pretty safe.It would not harm your baby.drink lots of water along with craneberry juice!!!!. Have a safe pregnancy!!!!
