NB - Yes these are my 1st. I am very excited and the only time I have been overwhelmed (so far) is when I go look at baby stuff and realize I am pretty much going to need 2 of everything!! I hope I make out at my baby shower LOL :) I have a headache pretty much everyday - its horrible and sometimes they turn into full blown migraines. I did not have any m/s but did get sick once from my migraine. I am due November 29th but will probably deliver around the 1st week of November my dr said.

Hi ladies.... i'm only 11 weeks 4 days but i was having a look around at this forum. I'm confused. I read on here that someone said the 2nd trimester starts at week 12. But i was looking it up online and have found that some places say week 13 starts it and others say week 14! I always thought it was week 13 myself, who knows. All i know is i wanna be out of this 1st trimester:-)

yay! 12 weeks tomorow! Glad to see all of moving over to this board! My kids are getting excited now...

Well I found everyone! I was over on 1st trimester and that is dead..... prayn- second trimester starts with week 13. Third trimester starts week 26. Sorry, had to clarify that my first time around I wasn't too sure:) I finally went to the dr. yesterday for my first appt. and they dated the baby via ultrasound and moved the due date back a week, so now I'm offically due 11/27. Not sure what is right since dates say 11/20 but we'll just go with it. No biggie, baby will come when it wants to. This is #4 and is my last. DH had a vasectomy a week after we found out we were preggo! Not expected to say the least..... It was awesome to see baby on the ultrasound though! Had the N/T scan which is a scan for downs syndrome based on the thickness of the neck. We passed:) They also drew blood for something called cvs sampling???? Not too sure what that is yet.....
I am also wearing maternity now. I hate the beginning, because I'm so bloated that I'm uncomfy. I swear I stay the same size from week 10 thru week 18 because I trade bloating for baby. Motherhood maternity has these great maternity pants that the whole top is elastic so if you're still small they don't swim on you. And, in the end, they'll work since they'll never be too small! They're pricey, but I think they'll be worth it.
I am still super nauseous:( Its not letting up yet and I'm starting to fear that this will be one of those pregnancies that I'll be sick the whole time....

Hey guys. I will be 13 weeks on Tuesday. I was very sick at the beginning with m/s but have not been feeling that for about 3 weeks now...thank goodness! Now I am tired ALL the time!!! Is anyone else getting stretch marks yet? I have only gained 3 lbs but I have AWFUL stretch marks. I put coco butter on twice a day ever day, and it does not work.

Like I said I know that I am not techinically in the 2nd tri yet but its SO quiet on the 1st tri board I feel all alone :)

Well I had quite the night last night. When I was about 7 weeks pregnant I had a light brown discharge that I freaked out over and rand to my drs. He said light brown/brown is fine, its just old blood and with twins its to be expected. He said to only worry if it was pink or red. Well yesterday when I wiped there was some red. So I went to the ER where I sat for 7 HOURS!!! I had blood work done, a pelvic exam (my cervix is completely closed) and an u/s that lasted an hour. BOth babies are fine thank god! The u/s machine at the hospital is SO much better than the one at the drs office, its unbeliveable. Baby A is measuring 12w2d and Baby B is a bit smaller measuring 11w4d (which is what I am, so he/she is right on schedule). They said everything was fine but to follow up with my dr today so I will see what he says. This is so stressful - I almost cant wait until its over and just give birth aldready.

Whew! Enough about me, how is everyone else?

hi everyone! well i didnt think i would see the 2nd tri! im 12 weeks 4 days now and yesterday i saw my tiny little baby wriggling around like mad and holding his/her hands up near its mouth, like it was sucking its thumb, so sweet. it looks like most of us have snuck overhere early =) hope everyone is goooood!

So this morning my morning sickness came back hard. I was late for work cause I couldn't leave my bathroom....lol. I can't help wondering if the weather can affect it, cause it seems like whenever it rains my morning sickness gets worse. Anyone else experienced this or am I nuts? lol

Just wanted to check in before I went to bed. I have a doc appt in the morning, I will be 14 weeks tomorrow! It's been pretty quiet in here this weekend, everyone must be busy!! Talk to you later.

Quiet in here..... where is everyone? I am FINALLY feeling better, not great, but at least better:) I think the hormones are tapering off because I'm actually feeling a bit more like myself also. I am completely wearing maternity clothes now also. I don't know if its becuase I've done it three times before or if I'm still that bloated but I've got a round little belly. Spent a few hundred dollars online for maternity clothes this weekend and that made me feel better too!!!!

I cant wait to go shopping! I bought myself 3 pairs of new pants, but I need more!! None of my normal pants fit me. I just hate to go out and spend a bunch of money when in 2 weeks they arent going to fit me :) But I cant keep wearing pants all the way unbuttoned ya know? How far along are you? WHen are you due? It is VERY quiet in here.......

It is very quiet in here. I am 16 weeks pregnant and am due 11/5/09. I don't like spending a bunch of money either and can't fit the pants the next week. So I went and ordered 4 pairs of maternity pants and some shirts. The pants are a little big but I am sure I will grow into them. I can't wait to find out the sex of the baby so I can go shopping 28 days to go and counting!!!!!

28 days WOW thats exciting - I cant wait until I find out - although I am sure my bank account can :)

Yeah I am so excited. I'm sure my bank account won't be either :)
