Pressure On The Cervix At 18 Week

Did somebody experience very strong pressure on the cervix as if the baby will come out any second? I am 18 weeks pregnant and this is my 3 pregnancy I never felt anything like that before. I have 2 week till my next appointment should I wait or should I ring the doctor?
