Rh Negativity

recently my doctors diagnosed me with being rh negative......and ive been having nosebleeds a few times during this pregnancy(this is my first baby)i am wonderin if anyone knows if during a nose bleed if some blood is swallowed,could it in any way harm the fetus?(may sound like a stupid question but better to be safe than sorry)could not find any info on this online would be glad to hear your suggestions,thanks

Honestly it doesnt matter....no matter what your baby has your blood in it.
