Hi everyone. My doctor okayed this for me now that I am in my 22 week. Has anyone else taken this or heard anything bad about it. I get terrible migranes and sleep problems, so it would help, but wanted to run it by you guys to see what you have heard or tried.
thanks so much

My doctor said it was ok to use to help sleep. He also said I could take benadryl. You can also go to safefetus.com and look it up.

My doctor said it was fine to take as well, just not every night. I take them once a week or so for headaches and to aid in sleeping.

My doc said Tylenol pc was okay, didn't specify amount or frequency, so I have been afraid to try it. Have "toughed it out". My high-risk OB said 25 mg of benadryl was okay too. Isn't the same active ingredient in benadryl, the pm part of Tylenol pm??

My doctor said Tylenol PM is completely safe. I also asked my sister, who is a pharmacist. She too said it is safe while pg.

I have been taking Tylenol PM my entire pregnancy and I'm now 18 weeks. My doctor told me it was fine too. I was scared too because I had/have to take it everynite to go to sleep, but they keep saying it is ok, so they are the doctors. I just pray that they are right. It's just good to see that I'm not the only person who took it or has to take it.

Hello gracie. Also a migraine sufferer I take tylenol but I'd also like to warn you. I bought Migraines for Dummies a long time ago when mine were getting out of control. Just know that whatever you take too often will lose more effect. I usually lay down in the dark 1-2 hours with an ice pack BEFORE I take it (If it can go away by itself, it's better because your body is not depending on the drug to take care of itself. It's rare ESPECIALLY at first to lose your migraine but it's easier now for me). Since we're preggy, we don't want our most useful helper going out the window! And sometimes it doesn't always work for me so I have to stay in the dark with an ice pack or make 4-7 cups of chamomile tea in the dark. Weird yes but it helps oh so much if the tylenol doesn't work.
