Ejaculate BURNS!!

During sex my man ejaculates inside of me. Sex is painless for me, but when the semen starts coming out of me (a while after sex), it hurts!! It never used to be like this before I was pregnant(we are both free of STD's), the doctor says that maybe my cervix is more sensitive now. Has anyone experienced this before?? We have started using condoms..
