No Penetration, No Ejaculation 4 Negative HPTs But No Period

My boyfriend and I engaged in a possible pregnancy risk. He did not ejaculate nor did he penetrate. But it is possible that pre ejacultory fluid could have come in contact. It has been 3 weeks since the risk and i have used firt morning urine on 3 tests and all have been negative and i took one test midday but held it and still negative but i still havent had my period. Im worried and do not know what to think.
It is possible i could have ovualated late due to i usually experience back pain during ovualtion and the back pain was a week later than usual. Also my breasts usually hurt a week before period and that is also a week late.. im not sure but am very worried please help and give any advice you have
