hi i'm in need of a little help.
on Jan 5th i had a 1 night stand and the sex was unprotected he did ejaculate in me.my last period finished on xmas eve and im due roughly every 21-22 days. what are the chances of me falling pregnant and if i am how soon would i be able to tell? do i have to miss a period to tell that im pregnant? please help

Generally you ovulate 14 days before the *start* of your period. You didn't say when your last period started, only when it ended, but lets say for argument's sake that your period lasts 5 days (meaning your last period *started* on new years day and if your cycle is 21-22 days long that your next period is due on Jan 21. You would then count backwards from Jan 21st a total of 14 days, which means you would likely be ovulating on January 7th. Which means you had sex during what was probably your most fertile time of the month.

You do need to wait until at least the day your period is due to do a home pregnancy test. Good luck.
