Hello ladies, I hope you are all doing well. I just had a quick question. OK, when me and the hubby have sex it stings and is sore for about an hour afterwards. (We've are 110% sure that its not STD related. FYI) This has been happening for a while, and at first I thought his semen was all of the sudden irritating me, but today I realized that even when he ejaculates outside of me I'm STILL uncomfortable and sore. It sorta feels like we had really rough DRY sex, but I am nowhere near dry or I would have already invested in KY jelly. When I pee it REALLY burns. After turning down sex for days at a time, I eventually give in and resort to jumping into the hot bath tub directly after intercourse. I don't go to the Doc again until the 24th, I'd really rather not call his office with this question. Lol. Is there anything I can do? PLEASE HELP! Oh and I'm only 15 weeks and 3 days. So if this continues I have a LONG way to go. :(

i don't know the only time i experienced anything like that was before i was pregnant when i took antibiotics for tonsilitis that's side effects evidently included 'vaginal sensitivity'. it felt like a thousand little cuts no matter how gentle and careful we were. sorry i can't be of much help. good luck and hopefully your doc knows whats up

I have had the same thing. When we are together I really don't seem dry either, but in all actuality, I think I am. Reason being, we did get KY and every time we use it I don't have a problem. Then just the other day, we didn't think we needed it and didn't use it and sure enough irritated again. I would try some lube, it wouldn't hurt. Trust me, I have experienced every single thing you described and KY made a world of difference for me.
