I saw on Oprah where this actually happened to a woman, but it is very unlikely. I would not worry about it happening to you

No, it is literally impossible,if your body is working normally. When you are pregnant, hormones from placenta and fetus block ovaries, and completely prevent ovulation....so it is impossible to release egg and have it fertilized. I havent seen Oprah show, even if I did, I wouldnt believe this could happen unless something is wrong with the fetus or your body.
