its abit stupid to ask this question but i'm so confuse about it,i don't really understand what's cycle means,and also i don't know how my cycle goes,example,if my preiod come on 11th this month,but next month my period come on 16th or 17th,in this way how my cycle go? i every month will be late by a few days,and also my period last for 7 days every month, is this abnormal?thanks fo the comment and advise.

Begin by charting on a calendar the day your period begins each month. It is normal to have a varying cycle length. Mine were 25-27 days, but you can get an average. You can go to Fertility Friend dot com and there is a ton of info. Btw- my af is also a full 7 days too- blaah! Good luck!
