You could have an STD or being too rough or not enough lube or or or...there are a lot of things. It's not good to bleed EVERY time. Once in a while isn't abnormal but you REALLY should go see a doctor to make sure you're healthy.

You need to see a doctor. You should not be bleeding each and everytime you have sex. It could be a number of things wrong, inluding STD, infection.
