This is an easy cheese cake recipe that does not require the use of a spring-form pan.~~~ Ingredients:
4 (8 oz) packages Cream Cheese~~~4 Eggs~~~1.5 Cups of Sugar~~~Chocolate Chips to taste (I like a BUNCH)~~~2 tsp Vanilla~~~2 Graham Cracker Crusts~~~Directions:~~~Cream together Cheese and Eggs until smooth. Add Sugar. Mix. Add Vanilla. Add Chocolate chips (approx 6oz mini morsels). Bake at 350 for 30-35. I also had to bake longer than suggested.

Question, do you add condensed milk ? Do you have to add choc. chips ?

tryingx3 - June 4th, 2007 1:35 PM

I don't recall adding any condensed milk....I only recall cooking longer than the recipe recommended. I have not tried it without chocolate chips either - as I am a chocolate freak!

wow i tried it and it was yummy. i loved the taste of chocolate chips in it. I also added the con. milk. it was lovely i think the milk made it much creamier. yumm. thanks sooo much for the recipe. I am going to try the banana pudding next.

thanks for the tip on the condensed milk...I'll try that too. What size crust did you use?

babylov - June 7th, 2007 6:06 PM

I used 2 Honey Maid Graham crust (6oz.) but i also crumbled 4 graham crackers( cinammon) and added it to make the crust alittle thicker i love the crust. then added into both pans, pressed before adding the mixture.
