One 16 oz jar salsa, 1 lbs ground turkey, shredded cheddar cheese, 1-2 cans of pilsbury crescent rolls. Cook the ground turkey and than add the can of salsa when cooked - drain off any excess water if really runny. Line a pie tin with the crescent rolls like you are making a pie crust. Add ground turkey mixture to pie crust (unbaked). Top with cheese and add some leftover crescents to top for decrative top crust. Bake on 400 until crust is browned and cheese is melted (20 minutes) - eat with sour cream YUM!

Sounds easy and healthy - maybe I'll try it when my dh is out of town - don't think he would eat ground turkey - maybe I could mix 1/2 ground beef.

trying- i made hamburger helper with ground turkey and noone noticed. i even made a meatloaf out it once. i just think you need to add extra seasonings because it is definatly bland!
